SECTOR 18 YAMUNA EXPRESSWAY AUTHORITY

In march 2009 Yeida launched the RPS (residential Plot scheme) in sector 18 on Yamuma  Expressway with an allocation of 12000 plots.The sector has only 300 sq meter plots with one pocket having the smaller plot sizes in them.When the Yeida launched the residential scheme,initial allotment  price was 4750 per square meter and lease rent was 10% of allotment cost.

Yamuna ExpresswayΒ was under construction. Yeida then launched its first residential scheme plots as well as authority will also allot land for future townships, commercials, schools, hospitals. In future multi-story apartments, Schools, shops, malls, and 5 star hotels will be seen being developed to make YEIDA one of the most beautiful city in INDIA.

CONNECTIVITY OF SECTOR 18 YAMUNA EXPRESSWAY

If you talk about the connectivity of sector 18 yamuna expressway, then it is around 15 km from zero point. (zero point means when you come from Noida or Pari Chowk and take a turn for Yamuna Expressway to Agra While going to Agra, sector 18- 20 lands on your left hand side. When landing on the left hand side. Sector 19 comes first. Right behind it are Yamuna Expressway sector 18 and sector 20.

Yeida has divided sector 18 into 7 blocks and 7 blocks into pockets. If speaking of internal road then road of 15 meters, 18 meters, and 24 meters. Outer road connecting sector 18. 75 meters and 100 meters.

WHY THE ALLOTMENT PRICE INCREASED

In 2009,the allotment price was  4750 rs per sq meter and 2018 when it was  given first scheme plots possession. Farmers were not happy with the compensation amount from Yeida and then compensation was increased after the intervention of high court. A further compensation of Rs 1370 per sq meter was increased to the farmers. The amount which the Authority had allotted in 2009 and the amount which is larger after the compensation of the farmers, is given in full in the price list given below.

Yeida officials says after getting green signal of India  biggest Airport, the distance from here will be around 24 km. Due to use of mix land all the facilities will be provided in it. Right now the office of the authority that is in Greater Noida will soon be shifted to Sector 18

  • According to the Yeida, the metro route will be 35,64 km long out of which 33.27 km of track will be elevated and the track from secundrabad to jewar will be underground.Which will go via KP ll to Nagla Hukum Singh road. The yeida plot is being given loans by government banks like State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Canara and many other government banks and private banks like HDFC, ICICI, AXIX Bank are all giving loans on possession plots. YAMUNA AUTHORITY PLOT SCHEME

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) on Monday said that it has launched a residential plot scheme for those who wish to purchase a plot for building a house near the Noida International airport.

Under the scheme, Yeida has offered 276 plots of 200 square metres (sqms), and the allotment will be through lucky draw. It’s the first time that the authority has come up with the residential plot scheme since hiking the land rates fromΒ β‚Ή24,000 per sqm toΒ β‚Ή35,000 per sqm, said officials.

The interested applicants can apply for the plots till May 21, 2025 and the authority will organise the lucky draw on July 11, 2025. Applications for the plots were invited from Monday morning (April 21) onwards for the residential plots, they said. 

These residential plots are in close proximity to Noida International airport, and the other important areas including film city and medical device park among others are near to this area. The applicant is required to pay β‚Ή7 lakh as security to participate in the lucky draw in the general category, and β‚Ή3.5 lakh for the scheduled caste(SC) or scheduled tribe (ST) category, they added.

Within this week, Yeida will launch 15 group housing plots, ranging in size from 2.5 acres to 50 acres, 100 industrial plots, and for building shops 140 commercial plots will be available for sale. Besides, Yeida will also introduce a scheme for nine hotel plots.
