Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority Plots (Also known As YEIDA Plots Scheme 2009) are available in below sizes:

These Plots were allotted in a Scheme Launched by YEIDA in 2009, where the booking amount was Rs. 1 Lac. The other allotment details are as below:
Initial Allotment Rate: Rs. 4750/-
There were three Payment Plans:
1. Payment Plan 1 (Also called 50% Payment Plan) where the total 50% of total cost of the plot amount was deposited during the time of allotment and rest 50% was on 6 months installments till January’ 2018. The total cost to Allottee in long term under this payment plan was Rs. 17.61 Lacs approx.
2. Payment Plan 2 (Also called 30% Payment Plan) where the 30% of the total cost of the plot amount was deposited during the time of allotment and rest 70% was on 6 months installments till January’ 2018.
3. Payment Plan 3 (Also called Down Payment Plan) where 100% amount was deposited during the time of allotment.
These Plots were allotted in Sector 18 & Sector 20 of New Upcoming Yamuna Expressway City. Sector 18 were allotted only small sizes of plots of sizes 300 Square Meter while rest of the bigger sizes including 300 sq mtr were allotted in sector 20 of Yamuna Authority.

AS OF 7TH AUGUST 2021 ,the development work of more than 70% residential sectors are complete in residential sectors Sector-18 and Sector-20,Sector-22E is complete and in rest of the areas the tenders are released by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority for the remaining development related work.
Underground wiring is being laid for the plots in residential sectors,drainage and sewage work is also being done .
The tender for loop connecting Yamuna Expressway with Eastern peripheral Expressway is also passed and work will be commenced in a months time for better overall connectivity of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) with Delhi/National Capital Region.
The work for Noida International Airport, Jewar will be commenced on August’2021.Land for development is handed over to Noida International Airport , Jewar by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority for building of airport starting with Boundary work of the airport premises in Jewar region of Yamuna Expressway.
