In march 2009 YEIDA launched the RPS (residential Plot scheme) in sector 20 Yamuma  Expressway with an allocation of 9000 plots. The sector has 300 sq meter,500 sq meter,1000 sq meter,2000 sq meter,4000 sq meters  plots. When the YEIDA launched the residential scheme in sector 20 Yamuna expressway Authority .Initial allotment  price was 4750 per square meter and lease rent was 10% of allotment cost.

In 2018 when the YEIDA started giving the possession of the first scheme the price went up. Because the YEIDA had to increase the amount of compensation to the farmers due to the problem of land acquisition from the farmers and due to the intervention of high court. The land owner would have to pay the compensation amount to the farmers. 10% lease rent was already there. Now the entire land has been acquired and the work is going on very fast.Work was halted for 2 months after the epidemic. But again work has gained momentum.

Yeida has also started working on to bring the rapid metro.Very soon you will also hear the good news of rapid metro.However there is no word about its route but yeida officals say we have work has also started on this.

BANK LOAN ON YAMUNA EXPRESSWAY PLOTS

The yeida plot is being given loans by government banks like State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Canara and many other government banks and private banks like HDFC, ICICI, AXIX Bank are all giving loans on possession plots. 

Every bank will give a loan on that. If you take a loan only on an empty plot, the bank loans up to 70 percent. Most banks loan up to 60 percent. But 70% of the loan is available only if your profile is very good. If you take a loan to build a plot and also a house, then the bank gives a loan up to 90%. But 90 percent of the loan is also available to good profile people, otherwise only up to 80 percent of the loan is available. The name of the employee, self-employed and firm three is available.
